Kelley (me) of Mind Body Bliss (formerly You Me Body Bliss) has been running group classes since 2017, in parks, studios and for the first 16 weeks of German corona lockdown, online out of her living room (angry neighbours, happy class participants).

All fitness and mobility classes are available through Urban Sports Club or cash/paypal. 7-10EUR recommended rate.
(don’t let money be a barrier to fitness; come along however many pennies you have folx).
My teaching style is happy, playful, and curious. Tap into what your body is telling you, smile through the discomfort, and don’t take it too seriously.
My own journey into movement and fitness was troubled and difficult, so I know what it’s like to be challenged and feel lost and confused in a class. I’ve cried through many classes and in many gyms. So, I get it. I want this to be a safe space to explore your beautiful body, build strength, find your edge, maybe sweat out a bit and work towards getting bendy.
In both the fitness and mobility classes, I try to find options for all bodies; if in doubt, come along and try or message me before and ask any questions.
This 50-minute outdoor fitness class is designed to get your blood pumping and endorphins flowing through a variety of dynamic exercises.
Expect to jump, bounce, twist, squat, and burpee (sorry, there might be burpees) your way to a great start.
I will guide you through:
> Mobility Drills: Begin with mobility exercises to prepare your body and get it ready for action.
> Warm-Up: Increase your heart rate and blood flow with a comprehensive warm-up.
> High-Energy Intervals: Engage in a range of high-energy intervals that include options for all fitness levels, designed to challenge you and boost your metabolism.
> Bodyweight Strength Training: Focus on bodyweight strength exercises to enhance your muscle endurance and functional fitness.
> Cool Down: Conclude with a short cool-down to help your body recover and reset.
